Thanksgiving Turkey Face Craft

This is a really cute Thanksgiving turkey face craft I found online. The tricky part about a lot of turkey crafts is the head and neck, so just cut that part out and make the whole thing a face. This is really fun for preschool or very young children.

Materials:

  • various color construction paper
  • scissors
  • glue

Directions:

  1. Cut a football shaped body and little legs from brown paper.
  2. Cut multicolored, leaf shapes for the tail feathers.
  3. Cut out eyes, beak, and waddle.
  4. Glue all the pieces together. Done.

Variation:
You could write a short message like, "Happy Thanksgiving", or "Grateful" on the tail feathers.

  1. Very colorful turkey craft project. And great for the very young. They can learn to glue and create their very own turkey. Something they can put on their refrigerator for Thanksgiving and be proud of.
